Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged Products Only: We only accept refunds for products that are damaged upon arrival.
  • Notification: To qualify for a refund, you must contact us immediately upon receiving your damaged item, and you must do so within 7 days of delivery.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.

 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: If your product is damaged, please reach out to us at hello@floofypets.com.au as soon as you receive the package. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged product.
  2. Return the Product: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Refund Process: After we receive the returned item and verify the damage, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the item are not covered by Floofy Pets and are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged during shipping.
  • Damaged Product Inspection: If the product is returned without original packaging or if it shows signs of misuse, we may not be able to issue a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items: We do not accept refunds for change of mind or undamaged products.
