At Floofy Pets, we’re dedicated to delivering top-quality products for your pets with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

 

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

 

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We use a range of trusted courier partners, including Aramex, CouriersPlease, TNT/FedEx, and Australia Post, depending on your location and order size. This helps us ensure safe and timely delivery across Australia.
  • Please note: We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A street address is required for successful delivery.
  • If your order includes multiple items from different warehouses, your order may arrive in separate parcels with different delivery times.

    You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.

 

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Australia only, including remote regions.
    All orders are dispatched locally via our Australian suppliers based in Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales.

 

Separate Shipments

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, particularly when items come from different warehouses or suppliers. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package, allowing you to track their delivery statuses individually.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details for each package. You can track each shipment separately using the provided tracking numbers.

 

Shipping Delays

  • While we aim to ship your order promptly, please note that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, or carrier delays). Please allow extra time during peak shopping seasons like the holidays.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to make any changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us at hello@floofypets.com.au as soon as possible.
  • Floofy Pets is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will assist with filing a claim and will either resend the product or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
