Subscription

Not included in the product price. As each Pawfit tracker has an embedded SIM card inside, a subscription is required for your Pawfit tracker to be able to send accurate GPS location updates via the mobile network. Your subscription will also give you access to Pawfit’s other great features like activity monitoring, virtual fences, Pawfit Voices and more! 

Subscriptions start at just US$4.75/m and are managed directly from the Pawfit app.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

Damaged Products Only: We only accept refunds for products that are damaged upon arrival.

Notification: To qualify for a refund, you must contact us immediately upon receiving your damaged item, and you must do so within 7 days of delivery.

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
